Shift:

• Full-Time / 40 Hours / Day Shift / M-F 7a - 3:30p

MLR is seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Coordinator MT/MLS (ASCP) - Microbiology to join our client's lab team. In this key role, you will manage the daily technical operations of the Microbiology department, lead staff training, and offer guidance to enhance team performance. Your responsibilities will include microbiology bench work, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and actively supporting inspection processes

Med Tech Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP), or M(ASCP) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microbiology required.
• Previous laboratory leadership experience required.
• ASCP specialist certification in Microbiology preferred.
• Experience with MALDI implementation and validation preferred.
