• 10+ years partnering with senior technology and business executives to influence investment priorities, operating model evolution, organizational effectiveness, and long-term strategic direction.
• 10+ years overseeing technology portfolios, capital investments, financial planning, governance processes, delivery performance, and risk management within large-scale technology organizations.
• 8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials, business cases, operating reviews, strategic recommendations, and leadership communications for C-suite and senior stakeholder audiences.
