ASCP Medical Technologist - Microbiology ( MT / MLS)

Shift:

• Full-Time / 40 Hours / Day Shift / M-F 7a - 3:30p

MLR is seeking an experienced and dedicated Technical Coordinator MT/MLS (ASCP) - Microbiology to join our client’s lab team. In this role, you will oversee technical operations in the Microbiology department, lead staff training and continuing education, and provide leadership support to the lab team. You will also perform microbiology bench duties, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in inspection processes.

Med Tech Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP), or M(ASCP) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microbiology required.
• Previous laboratory leadership experience required.
• ASCP specialist certification in Microbiology preferred.
• Experience with MALDI implementation and validation preferred.
