MLee Healthcare is currently on the lookout for a proficient Surgical Technologist (ST) to join our committed surgical team. In this role, you'll be essential in assisting surgeons and ensuring that operating room procedures are executed smoothly and effectively. Your skills will be key to upholding the highest standards of patient care and achieving optimal surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a sterile field before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Provide surgeons with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout operations.
• Ensure surgical instruments and supplies are properly sterilized and ready for use.
• Uphold sterile techniques and infection control practices throughout all procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation prior to surgery.
• Work closely with the surgical team to anticipate needs and ensure seamless procedure flow.
• Keep accurate and detailed documentation of surgical procedures and patient information.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required by start date.
• BLS certification required by start date.
• Preferred experience in a surgical environment, with a solid understanding of surgical procedures and techniques.
• Preferred knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a sterile and safe environment.
