What You'll Do:

  • Set the Stage for Success: Prepare and organize operating rooms, ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and in place.
  • Support Surgical Excellence: Assist in the positioning and draping of patients, maintaining a sterile field, and providing essential support to surgeons by anticipating their needs.
  • Ensure Patient Safety: Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols, protecting patients by preventing infections and ensuring a safe environment.
  • Manage Surgical Inventory: Monitor and manage surgical supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and materials for each procedure.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, top-tier surgical care.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certification / Licensure: 
    • Colorado Surgical Technologist license or ability to obtain before the start date (required).
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
  • Experience: 
    • 4+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist (strongly preferred).
