MLR is seeking motivated individuals, including new graduates, to join our team at a leading critical care hospital just a short drive from the Nebraska border! In this role, you will provide exceptional care in our critical care unit. While experience in obstetrics (OB) is highly preferred, we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and gain experience in OB, as our hospital offers comprehensive labor and delivery services.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas or compact nursing license.
• OB experience is highly desirable but not required, must be willing to learn.
• Relocation may be required for the right candidate.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
