What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the healthcare team. You’ll collect, process, and analyze a variety of biological samples, including blood, urine, and tissue, all while ensuring that your results are precise and reliable. You’ll also operate and maintain the lab equipment to guarantee everything runs smoothly. With a focus on quality control and accuracy, you’ll perform tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients and report your findings clearly and promptly.

Safety, compliance, and confidentiality will be top priorities as you work in a fully regulated lab environment. You’ll make a real impact by helping ensure the highest standards of care are maintained every day.

What We’re Looking For: If you’ve got an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a similar field, we’d love to hear from you. Recent graduates or students who are near finishing their MLT program are also encouraged to apply! Certification through ASCP, AMT, or a similar certifying body is preferred, but if you’re still working on it, we’re happy to support you along the way.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Communication is key, and being comfortable with computers for lab reporting and data entry will serve you well in this role.
