MLR.org is searching for a dedicated and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our esteemed client's medical team. In this vital position, your skills will be the backbone of successful surgical procedures, ensuring that every operation runs smoothly and that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Set up operating rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized to perfection.
  • Provide hands-on support during surgeries, handing off instruments and supplies with precision.
  • Keep a sterile field to protect patients and prevent infections.
  • Oversee surgical supplies, ensuring everything is ready when needed.
  • Work side-by-side with the surgical team, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Follow strict safety and infection control guidelines.

Surgical Tech Qualifications:

  • Colorado Surgical Technologist license or the ability to obtain it before your start date (required).
  • Basic Life Support certification (required).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist (strongly preferred).
