As a CT Technologist, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services, assisting Radiologists during complex procedures, and ensuring patients receive the care they deserve. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to provide critical diagnostic services that support treatment decisions and patient outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately follow and execute physician orders for imaging procedures, adhering to protocols for quality and safety.

  • Educate and comfort patients throughout the CT scan process, ensuring clear communication and patient understanding.

  • Expertly position patients for precise imaging, ensuring optimal results for accurate diagnoses.

  • Administer IV contrast dyes safely and effectively to enhance image quality.

  • Evaluate images for clarity and accuracy, providing preliminary findings when appropriate.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records, documenting procedures and outcomes.

  • Ensure the CT equipment is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational for consistent performance.

  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring essential supplies are always available.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (required).

  • Certification: ARRT Registered (required), BLS certified (required).
