Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare for Success: Set up and organize operating rooms, ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
• Assist in Procedures: Provide crucial support to surgeons by passing instruments and supplies, maintaining a sterile field, and anticipating the surgical team’s needs.
• Ensure Patient Safety: Uphold rigorous safety and infection control standards to protect patients and prevent infections.
• Manage Surgical Inventory: Monitor and maintain surgical supplies, ensuring everything needed is on hand and readily accessible.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, top-tier surgical care.

What We're Looking For: 

• Certification / Licensure: 
  • Colorado Surgical Technologist license or ability to obtain before the start date (required).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
• Experience: 
  • 4+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist (strongly preferred).
