• Assist in assessing staffing needs, recruiting, scheduling, mentoring and monitoring the performance of staff. (10%)
• No High School Diploma and/or No GED required
• Three years of experience performing food preparation and/or service for an establishment such as an educational, restaurant, hotel, correctional, military, or medical institute required
