Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues, working independently or in coordination with physicians as credentialed
• Educating individuals and families on health maintenance, preventive measures, and condition management
• Prescribing and managing medications and therapies within your practice boundaries
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing ongoing healthcare needs
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Recording detailed and accurate patient information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Colorado
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar specialty
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to secure within 90 days)
