ARRT Radiologic Technologist - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

MLR is looking for a compassionate Radiologic Technologist to become a part of our outstanding team near Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you’ll assess and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions, assisting in their recovery, helping them regain independence, and enhancing their quality of life—while working with one of the nation’s top critical access hospitals. As a valued team member, you’ll provide direct care, work alongside other healthcare professionals, and contribute to our patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions, focusing on strength, flexibility, and posture.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
• Educate patients on techniques for enhancing recovery and preventing future injuries.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, comprehensive care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• American Registry of Radiological Technologists - Radiography  (R)
• Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
