Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and Sterilize: Set up operating rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized to perfection.
  • Assist Surgeons: Provide hands-on support during surgeries, handing off instruments and supplies with precision.
  • Maintain Safety: Keep a sterile field to protect patients and prevent infections.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee surgical supplies, ensuring everything is ready when needed.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work side-by-side with the surgical team, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Adhere to Protocols: Follow strict safety and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Colorado Surgical Technologist license or the ability to obtain it before your start date (required).
  • Certification: Basic Life Support certification (required).
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist (strongly preferred).
