MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Manager to lead our client's walk-in clinic team near Aspen, Colorado!

 

Key Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager:

  • Oversee daily operations of the walk-in clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Facilitate care coordination, supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey, from diagnosis to follow-up.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement tailored, patient-centered care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical treatments, procedures, and available support services.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care, ensuring up-to-date records for healthcare providers.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for staff, encouraging professional development.

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Colorado, or eligibility to secure one before starting.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be obtained upon hire).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with prior leadership experience preferred.
