MLee Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our client's surgical team. In this vital role, you will support surgeons and ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the operating room, playing a key role in delivering top-tier patient care and surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons by providing necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment during operations.
• Ensure surgical instruments and supplies are properly sterilized and ready for use.
• Uphold sterile techniques and infection control practices throughout all procedures.
• Assist in patient positioning and preparation prior to surgery.
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to anticipate needs and ensure seamless procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of surgical procedures and patient information.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program required.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required prior to start date.
• BLS certification required prior to start date.
• Experience in a surgical setting with a strong understanding of surgical procedures and techniques preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a sterile, safe environment.
