Physical Therapist – Help People Heal in a Community with Heart

In the northern edges of Los Angeles, tucked between canyon trails and busy streets, there’s a neighborhood that runs on resilience. It’s a place where families have deep roots, where cultures come together in vibrant ways, and where the hum of daily life is filled with purpose—whether it’s heading out early on the freeway or winding down in a quiet backyard as the sun sets over the hills. Life here is full—full of movement, full of energy, and full of people working hard to care for their families and their future.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who sees the human behind every injury and the story behind every recovery. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, what matters most is your ability to listen, to adapt, and to show up every day with compassion and clinical know-how. In this community, your work won’t go unnoticed—it will be valued, appreciated, and remembered.

Your days will be spent guiding people toward healing—creating personalized treatment plans, reducing pain, restoring function, and helping folks get back to their jobs, their families, and the lives they love. Some patients might be recovering from surgery, others managing chronic pain, and many simply trying to stay strong and independent in the middle of full, fast-paced lives. Your role? Be their steady guide through it all.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that thrives on support and communication. Here, PTs, nurses, and providers work closely together—not just to coordinate care, but to truly care. If you’ve got experience in ortho, geriatrics, or neuro, that’s a great plus—but just as valuable is your empathy, your cultural awareness, and your ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

And outside of work? Life here is a unique mix of urban and natural beauty. You can hike through canyons in the morning, grab pupusas or tacos from a local favorite for lunch, and still make it across town for dinner. It’s a community that moves quickly but never loses its sense of place—one where neighbors look out for each other, and hard work is part of the rhythm of life. There’s art in the streets, history in the buildings, and ambition in the air.

If you’re ready to do work that’s personal, grounded, and truly needed—we’d love to welcome you to a team that sees your value and shares your purpose.

In this part of the city, healing is more than clinical—it’s cultural, it’s communal, and it’s deeply human. Come be part of it.
