Occupational Therapist – Be a Part of Something Meaningful at the Foothills of Southern California
At the northern edge of Los Angeles, where the city gives way to canyons, citrus groves, and mountain air, there’s a neighborhood that feels like its own little world. Valley Village is a place of contrasts—where historic ranches meet modern living, where diversity fuels connection, and where community still feels like more than just a word. If you’re an Occupational Therapist looking to make an impact in a setting that blends urban energy with small-town spirit, you’ll find your stride here.
In this role, you’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence. You’ll have the chance to create personalized therapy plans, work closely with patients to restore independence, and support families through the ups and downs of recovery. Whether it’s fine motor rehab, cognitive strengthening, or just being a steady presence in someone’s healing journey, your work will help patients reclaim the life they love—one step at a time.
We’re looking for someone with an active OTR/L license and NBCOT certification, and if you have experience in a clinical or rehab setting, that’s fantastic. If you’re a new grad who’s eager to grow and ready to contribute, we’d love to hear from you too. What really matters here is your heart for the work and your ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
Outside of work, Valley Village offers a unique rhythm of life—nestled in the foothills with hiking trails, horseback riding, and peaceful streets, yet close enough to downtown L.A. for cultural adventures, concerts, and city exploration. This is a place where you can spend your mornings helping others and your evenings watching the sun set over the San Gabriel Mountains. It’s where old California charm meets the next generation of community care.
If you're ready to bring your skills to a team that sees every patient as a person and every teammate as family, we’d love to welcome you. Come be a part of something grounded, inspiring, and full of purpose.
