Position Summary/Purpose:  

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our innovative and patient-centered healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential. You will work with a diverse patient population, providing therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: 

    Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

     

  • Certification / Licensure: 

    Current California Physical Therapist licensure & BLS certification are required.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform thorough patient evaluations to determine appropriate physical therapy diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment programs to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, to promote patient recovery and wellness.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for maintaining progress at home.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
