Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Opportunity in California
MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician's Assistant to join a well established hospital on the central coast.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests; analyze results to diagnose conditions.
- Prescribe or administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized care to manage or prevent illness and injury.
- Perform procedures including suturing and splinting.
- Explain procedures, discuss test results, and outline prescribed treatments to patients.
- Record patient findings, treatment plans, and follow-up notes in the electronic medical record.
- Supervise and direct professional and ancillary staff in patient care.
- Keep up-to-date with current medical practices and advancements.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information.
Education & Certifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- California State licensure.
- Current DEA licensure.
- BLS Certification.
Experience:
- Preferred: 3 years, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
