Description – Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex laboratory tests—ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology—following stringent protocols.
• Evaluate test results for validity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as the need arises.
• Keep thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members, and maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment while adhering to strict regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout the duration of your employment.
