Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Approaches: Assess each patient's unique needs and tailor therapy strategies aimed at achieving their personal goals.
• Implement Proven Interventions: Draw on established methodologies to improve patients’ motor skills, cognitive function, and everyday routines.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closer than ever with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Their Support Systems: Equip patients and families with valuable insights and techniques to maintain progress even after leaving the therapy setting.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients advancing.

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Commitment to continuing education and professional certifications is highly encouraged.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
