Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of both inpatient and outpatient rehab services. This includes managing staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all rehabilitation practices adhere to the highest standards of care.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of therapists, nurses, and support staff. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and innovative approaches to patient care.
- Patient-Centered Care: Champion the development and implementation of individualized rehab plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Ensure that every patient receives compassionate, effective, and evidence-based treatment.
- Quality and Compliance: Maintain and enhance the quality of rehab services by monitoring performance metrics, adhering to regulatory requirements, and implementing best practices. Conduct regular audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with patients, families, and local stakeholders. Promote our rehab services within the community and work to enhance our hospital’s reputation as a leader in rehabilitative care.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for expanding and improving rehab services. Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative techniques and technologies into our practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid and current licensure in California.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a rehab setting, with a strong understanding of both inpatient and outpatient operations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful team management.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for balancing multiple priorities effectively.
