Your Responsibilities

* Engage candidates by introducing them to MLR opportunities and gauging their interest
 

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more comprehensive screenings
 

* Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and assist in their hiring journey
 

* Keep our applicant tracking system up-to-date with accurate records
 

* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Compensation Structure
