Embrace the Impact You'll Make

In this rewarding role, you’ll do more than simply address issues—you’ll help reestablish routines, rebuild self-assurance, and reignite joy in everyday living. From guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation to helping orthopedic patients regain mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be the cornerstone of person-centered care that fosters resilience and independence.

This isn’t a place for quick fixes or checkboxes; here, each patient represents a story, and every therapy session is a significant part of their journey. Collaborating closely with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you’ll craft rehabilitation plans as unique as the individuals you serve.

The Team and the Enriching Community

We’ve cultivated an exceptional environment. Our rehabilitation team goes beyond merely clocking in and out; we inspire each other, exchange knowledge, and celebrate victories—large and small—together. You’ll discover a workplace where your opinions are valued, your growth is nurtured, and your influence is evident every day.

And let’s talk about the backdrop: Sacramento, a city that challenges stereotypes and invites exploration. Say goodbye to bustling metropolises—this place offers a landscape adorned with majestic trees, riverfront spaces ripe for outdoor activities, and hidden gems waiting to be explored. From exquisite restaurants to the lively arts scene, Sacramento pulses with culture and connection, inviting conversations over artisanal coffee or decadent farm-to-fork meals, all while maintaining its charm and warmth.

Your Ideal Fit

We’re on the lookout for someone who views occupational therapy as more than just a job—a calling. Someone who beams with pride when a patient celebrates small milestones like moving their fingers again, walking with less assistance, or finally sharing a story they’ve kept inside.

Whether you are an experienced OTR/L or a fresh face in the field, you will flourish here as long as you bring compassion, determination, and a hunger to make a difference. If the idea of blending exceptional care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you—welcome home.

Join Us in Crafting Meaningful Change

This is your chance to take part in something beyond a mere job title. Here, your work can shape lives, spark recoveries, and restore what was once thought lost. And you’ll do it in a city that strikes the perfect balance between ambition and tranquility.

So if you’re poised to grow, give back, and immerse yourself in a community that values connection—your friends are waiting for you here.
