• Other: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program provided prior to start date
• ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologist and evidence of application for CRT/DRT provided prior to start date
• OR CRT/DRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist (from state where work is being performed) provided prior to start date
• ARRT-American Register of Radiologic Technologist provided prior to start date
• RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 Days of hire if required at the affiliate
