Position Overview:

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our client in providing exceptional care to our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving patient outcomes, a strong background in evidence-based practice, and a collaborative spirit to work alongside our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal physical function, mobility, and pain relief.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for self-management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Current California Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
