To succeed in this role, you’ll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you're already certified through ASCP, AMT, or a similar organization, that’s a plus—but if you're eligible and actively working toward certification, we’d still love to meet you. We’re looking for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in a team-oriented lab setting.
