Nurse Manager - PACU

Nurse Manager, PACU (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead their PACU team. Join us in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting wellness within the community.
 

Qualifications:

• Minimum four (4) years of clinical nursing PACU experience, including four (4) years of management, supervisory or leadership* experience.
• Two (2) years of management experience preferred
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing. BSN required, Master's preferred.
• RN licensure in California.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• BLS required.
• CPR and ACLS certification required; CPAN preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PACU nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Coordinate patient flow and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and development.
• Manage unit budget and expenses.
