• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• Other: Graduate of approved school for Physical Therapy Assistants, as defined by the board, with documentation of approval to practice as a PTA by the Physical Therapy Board of California.
• PTA-Registered Physical Therapist Assistant
• DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
