What the work involves:

• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
• Other Qualification Requirements
• If RCP licensed, RRT-SDS required within 6 months of hire. The department is responsible for tracking and maintaining the required license/certifications.
• Budget development and adherence
• Assists nurse manager in maintaining services and supplies within budgetary limitations, while meeting the needs of the unit.
• Cost per unit of service report is greater than 100%. Staffing dollars are spent cost effectively.
