Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings while creating personalized treatment plans

• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Education

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized program

Certifications

• Must possess state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
