Registered Nurse - TELEMETRY * up to $50,000 bonus
MLR is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team on the beautiful California coast.

Position Overview: As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in our telemetry unit. This position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of coastal California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, recognizing and promptly addressing any abnormalities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to established protocols.
- Assess and reassess patients' conditions, communicating changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Provide patient and family education on cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Acute Care or Telemetry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certifications:
- Current BLS required upon hire; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
- ACLS within 90 days of hire required; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
- NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days of hire, required.
