In this role, you’ll evaluate patient needs, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy that restores movement, reduces pain, and improves overall function. 

You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary care team, adjust plans as patients progress, and provide education that helps individuals and their families stay active and engaged well beyond their time in therapy. It’s a role that calls for both clinical skill and genuine heart—and where you’ll see the difference your care makes every day.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and an active PT license in California. Specialty certifications are a plus, but what we’re really looking for is someone who brings strong communication skills, clinical curiosity, and a passion for helping people achieve their goals.
