Physical Therapist
MLee Healthcare has been engaged by a client to recruit a Physical Therapist for their growing team in Southern California.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Basic computer skills, good interpersonal skills, basic organizational and time management skills, basic knowledge, and skills to care for the physical needs of the population served
- Advanced skills/certifications in specialty areas, such as NDT, geriatric, orthopedics, etc. (preferred)
- Current California license as a Physical Therapist and CPR, or compact license.
- Work/educational experience in the healthcare field
- One year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
- Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family
- Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient
- Oversee activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel
