Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
  • Clinical Expertise: Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with medical procedures under the guidance of physicians.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in both routine and critical situations.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for patients’ rights, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
  • Infection Control & Safety: Adhere to hospital protocols for infection control, medication safety, and patient security.

Qualifications:

  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • BSN or ADN (BSN preferred).
