Your Role Includes

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic assessments, and devising individualized care strategies
• Diagnosing and treating urgent, episodic, or chronic conditions in conjunction with physicians or autonomously (as per credentialing)
• Guiding patients and families in prevention, wellness, and disease management
• Prescribing medication and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care strategies
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for a seamless continuum of holistic care
• Accurate documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or its specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to acquire these within 90 days)
