Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive physical examinations and detailed medical history assessments
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions through thorough analysis of imaging and lab reports

• Offer critical intraoperative assistance, ensuring the operating room is ready, positioning patients safely, and delivering instruments during procedures
• Facilitate exceptional pre-operative and post-operative care, including administering medications, managing wounds, planning discharges, and educating patients

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations, preferably with a surgical focus

Certifications

• Current and valid PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications mandated
• State licensure or eligibility as a Physician Assistant
