Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, your expertise will be crucial in delivering outstanding patient care and achieving optimal recovery outcomes for those you serve.

You will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide the highest level of support and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assess Needs: Evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Create Plans: Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer Therapy: Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor Progress: Track and adjust treatment based on progress.
• Educate Patients: Guide on exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate: Work with healthcare teams for coordinated care.
• Document Care: Maintain accurate patient records.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated on industry practices.
• Advocate: Support patients throughout their recovery.
• Community Outreach: Promote physical therapy services and wellness.

Qualifications: 

• Licensure / Certification: 
  • Current CA Physical Therapist license.
  • Current AHA BLS certificate. 
• Skills:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
