What You’ll Do:

As part of our respiratory care team, you’ll work hands-on with patients across a variety of settings — from the ER to the ICU to outpatient care. You’ll administer treatments, manage ventilators, respond to emergencies, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with providers to deliver excellent care.

You’ll use top-of-the-line equipment, follow best practices, and play a key role in helping patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions recover, stabilize, and live better lives.

Whether you're just entering the field or have years of experience, we’re looking for someone who brings a strong clinical foundation, sound judgment, and a real commitment to quality care.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (or higher)
• Licensed or license-eligible in Arkansas
• NBRC credential (CRT or RRT) — required
• Strong communication skills and a calm, confident presence in patient care settings
