MLR is partnering with a local hospital in Arkansas to fill a key role for a full-time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN). This opportunity is perfect for an RN passionate about providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on individualized treatment plans and physician orders.
• Conduct regular patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other medical procedures following hospital policies and best practices.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients by performing routine rounds and responding to medical needs promptly.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their health conditions.
• Document patient information and medical interventions accurately in the hospital’s electronic health record (EHR) system.

Registered Nurse - Med / Surg Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in a Med/Surg setting is preferred but not required.
