 MLee Healthcare is partnering with a well-regarded local hospital to seek a skilled Ultrasound Technician for a full-time, permanent position. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced imaging services. As an Ultrasound Technician, you will perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, ensuring high standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Some on-call responsibilities (1 day per week) and rotation of weekend shifts (every 4th weekend).
• Examinations: Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in areas including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and small parts.
• Patient Care: Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the examination.
• Collaboration: Work with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret ultrasound images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including patient information, exam details, and image storage.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Current ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification in relevant specialties.
• 1+ year of experience as an Ultrasound Technician, preferably in a hospital setting,
