Radiologic Technologist II
MLR is excited to partner with a highly regarded hospital in North Arkansas to recruit an experienced Radiologic Technologist II. This full-time position offers a great opportunity for a skilled technologist to join a dedicated team and deliver top-notch diagnostic imaging services in a supportive, high-tech setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Imaging: Perform a range of routine and specialized imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI, under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Equipment Operation: Operate imaging equipment with precision, following all safety protocols and hospital guidelines.
- Patient Care: Ensure patient comfort and safety, with appropriate positioning throughout each imaging procedure.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and imaging documentation in line with HIPAA regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality control checks on imaging equipment to confirm safe and effective operation.
Radiologic Technologist II Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution.
- Certification: ARRT certification in Radiography required; additional certification in CT or MRI is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, with preferred experience in CT or MRI.
- Licensure: Active Arkansas Radiologic Technologist license.
