Description:
The responsibilities of Acute CT / X-RAY Technologist include (but are not limited to):
  • Assessing, evaluating, and testing patients
  • Preparing and positioning patients for imaging
  • Attending to patient needs during imaging procedures
  • Applying and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of radiation protection and safety practices
  • Independently performing or assisting a licensed practitioner in performing procedures
Qualifications:
The qualifications of Acute CT / X-RAY Technologist include (but are not limited to):
  • Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist’s (ARRT) certification
  • At least 2 years experience performing CT / X-RAY Technologist basic duties in an acute healthcare setting
  • BLS Certification
    Shift:
    Full-time, 3rd Shift
    (3) 12s, Friday Start
    7:00p-7:00a
    $7.00 shift differential on weekends
