Requirements:
- Minimum Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Five years of progressive leadership experience, including two years at the director level within a STACH
- Previous operational and supervisory experience within a complex medical center preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple department directors and C-suite executives
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving
