Your Role:
As a Respiratory Therapist in our hospital, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with both chronic and acute respiratory conditions. Your duties will include administering respiratory therapies, performing diagnostic tests, managing ventilators, and collaborating with physicians to create personalized treatment plans. You'll also educate patients and their families on managing respiratory conditions to improve long-term respiratory health.

 

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program and hold a valid Respiratory Therapist license in Alabama. Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the NBRC is required. Acute care experience is preferred, but new graduates with a passion for patient care are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent patient care are essential for success in this role.
