Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $80,000 - $115,000 Annual Salary DOE

Schedule: Days

Bonus: Up to $25,000 for Sign-On / Relocation

CSP Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper sterilization and processing of medical instruments and equipment for infection control and safety.
• Manage inventory and supply chain of sterile supplies and equipment, optimizing costs and coordinating with vendors.
• Supervise and train the CSP team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.

CSP Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years experience working as a CSP Manager
• Experience in Managing a team larger than 30 professionals
• CRCST Certification
• Ability to work in a high-tempo large hospital system.
