Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $125,000 - $150,000 Annual Salary DOE

Schedule: Days

Bonus: Up to $30,000 for Sign-On / Relocation

Director of Accounting Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the hospital, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping, payroll processing, and accounts reconciliation.
• Develop financial strategies and forecasts, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making by the hospital's executive team and stakeholders.

Director of Accounting Requirements:

• Minimum 7 Years of Accounting Experience
• Minimum 2 Years experience working with Healthcare Accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (Master’s is preferred)
• Ability to work in a high-tempo large hospital system.
