Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, direct patient care in a hospital setting
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
• Educate and support patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and recovery plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
• Respond efficiently and effectively in emergency and acute care situations

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent clinical skills with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and healthcare teams
