Job Overview:
As a Radiology Technologist, you'll be integral to the radiology department, performing a range of diagnostic procedures with precision. You’ll use various imaging technologies, including fluoroscopy, computed radiography, and direct radiography, to provide top-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and assist with diagnostic imaging procedures using standard and advanced radiographic equipment.
- Assess, evaluate, and prepare patients for imaging procedures.
- Address patient needs and ensure their comfort during procedures.
- Stay updated on radiation safety and protection protocols.
- Perform imaging procedures independently or in collaboration with a licensed practitioner.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist’s certification
- BLS Certification
- Pediatric experience and bilingual skills preferred
